1. No Refunds
All sales of domain registrations, domain renewals, and web hosting services are final. Once a domain name has been registered or renewed, it cannot be refunded. Similarly, web hosting services, once purchased, are non-refundable.
2. Domain Registration and Renewal
Due to the nature of domain name registration, all sales are final. Domain names cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded after registration. The same applies to domain renewals; once a domain has been renewed, it cannot be refunded.
3. Web Hosting Services
Web hosting services are provided on a subscription basis. Once you have subscribed to a hosting plan, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our services and to ensure fair use by all customers.
4. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request if there has been a technical fault on our part. However, such refunds are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. To request a consideration, please contact our support team with detailed information about the issue you experienced.
